How do I keep my partnership agreement active?

By sending at least one qualified referral every 365 days, your yearly partnership agreement will automatically renew.

What is a qualified referral?

You will receive credit for the sale if the referral signs up for a paid plan and have done so while your payment cookie is active in their browser.

How does Sitecast.com track referrals?

When a potential referral uses your unique link, a cookie will be saved in their browser. The window for the tracking cookie is 30 days.

Where do I find my partner link?

Your unique link is provided in your Sitecast.com partner dashboard.

What is the minimum payment threshold?

You will receive a payment when your balance has reached a minimum of $50.

How do I get paid?

Payments will be sent via PayPal. If you need a different payment method, email us to discuss your options.

What is the hold period for payments?

In order to receive a payment, the referral must remain a paying customer for 3 months. Once the third payment clears the bank, you will receive your initial commission. And every month thereafter, you will receive the recurring commission.

How many commissions can I earn?

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can send. The more you send, the more money you will make!

SITECAST.COM PARTNER PROGRAM POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

This document outlines the policies and procedures for the partner program (the "Program") offered by Quantum Pipes, LLC dba Sitecast.com (the "Company"). By participating in the Program, partners (also referred to as "you") agree to be bound by these policies and procedures, as well as the Company's terms of service and privacy policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:

Be 18 years of age or older.
Have a valid Sitecast.com user account.
Have a website or other online presence that is relevant to the Company's products or services.

The Company reserves the right to reject any application for participation in the Program at its sole discretion.

Commissions

As a partner, you will earn a commission on qualified sales of the Company's products or services that are generated through your unique referral link. Your current commission structure is outlined in the Sitecast.com partner dashboard. The Company reserves the right to change the commission structure at any time, with or without notice.

Before you receive your first payment, you must submit additional information for us to send you payments. These requests will be sent to you via email after you reach certain commission thresholds.

Tracking and Reporting

The Company will track sales and other desired actions (such as free trial sign-ups) generated through your unique referral link using cookies and other tracking technologies. You will have access to a dashboard or other tools to track your performance and earnings. The Company will provide regular reports on your earnings and other relevant metrics. The tracking cookie window is for 30 days.

Marketing Materials and Support

The Company will provide you with a variety of marketing materials, such as sales benefit statements and brand templates, to assist you in promoting the Company's products and services. You are responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials and communications comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and that they accurately and fairly represent the Company's products and services.

Policies and Procedures

You may not use spam, unsolicited email, or other unethical marketing practices to promote the Company's products and services.
You may not make false or misleading statements about the Company's products and services.
You may not use the Company's name, logos, or other trademarks without prior written permission.
You are responsible for paying any taxes or other fees that may be owed as a result of your participation in the Program.
The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.

Timeframe

You are eligible to participate in the Program for one year from the date of Company acceptance of your application. In order to participate beyond one year, you must send at least one qualified referral sale. Each qualified referral sale extends your partner agreement timeframe one year from the date of paid referral sign up. Recurring commission payments are ongoing indefinitely with an active partner agreement, in adherence with the rest of the terms of the Program.
