This notice covers sitecast.com, the website. It is short because the website collects very little. The personal data you send us is controlled by Quantum Pipes Technologies, LLC.

What we collect

• What you type into the invitation request: your name, email, business, the answers you choose, your current website, and anything you write about your vision. We also record the page you sent it from.
• Your IP address, briefly: our network provider uses it to limit how often a form can be sent, which protects the site from abuse. We do not store it with your request.
• Ordinary server logs: like every website, our network provider processes technical request data (IP address, browser type, time) to deliver pages and stop attacks.

Why we use it

• A person at Sitecast reads your request and replies to you.
• We use it to discuss and plan a possible engagement with you, at your request.
• We send you one confirmation email and our replies. We do not add you to a mailing list.
• We never sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.

If you are in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction: we process your request to take steps you asked for before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and keeping the site secure.

Where it goes

• Our intake system. Your request is encrypted before it is stored and can be opened only on our own equipment.
• Email. A copy is emailed to our team so a person sees it quickly, and a confirmation is emailed to you. Both pass through our email delivery provider.
• A backup, only if something breaks. If our intake system is unavailable, the request is kept in private cloud storage until we recover it.

These providers act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. They are based in the United States, and your data is processed there.

How long we keep it

We keep a request as long as we need it to reply and to follow up on a possible engagement. If you ask us to delete it, we do. If it becomes an engagement, the written agreement governs from then on.

Your rights

Write to hello@quantumpipes.com to see, correct, export, or delete what you sent us, or to object to how we use it. We will answer within 30 days and confirm when it is done. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

What we do not do

This website runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics, and it sets no tracking cookies. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are used in California law.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
